Who We Are:  Palo Alto Medical Clinic

Palo Alto Medical Health and Wellness Clinic is an independent medical wellness facility located in southwest San Antonio that began operations in Spring of 2007. The primary provider Mr. Israel Custodio PA-C  is an associate  member of  the Society of Bariatric Physicians and has been treating weight management patients in San Antonio since 2003.

In addition to weight management appointments Mr. Custodio is also available for various aesthetic medicine procedures including Botox treatment, injectable fillers, mesotherapy and sclerotherapy (spider vein treatment). At Palo Alto Medical you will find  treatments that focus on prevention, individual well being, quality of life  and self improvement.
